NON-U.S. SPECIFIC TERMS
Terms of Service
VeraGov welcomes international visitors and complies with applicable legal requirements in other jurisdictions. The following additional disclosures apply to users located in specific countries:
Users in the United Kingdom and European Union are protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer law, where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. Any disputes may also be resolved through local data protection authorities or small claims procedures available in your jurisdiction.
Canadian users are protected under provincial and federal consumer protection laws, including the Competition Act and Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Nothing in these Terms overrides non-waivable consumer rights under Canadian law.
For users in Australia, these Terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which cannot be excluded. If any term is found to be unenforceable under the ACL, that term will be severed to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the enforceability of the rest of the Order Form term.
For users in Germany, liability limitations under these Terms do not apply to damages resulting from willful misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or any statutory liability under the German Civil Code (BGB) and Telemedia Act (TMG). Consumer protections under EU law also remain unaffected.
Israeli consumers are protected under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. These Terms do not override any non-waivable rights under Israeli law, including those relating to remote sales, user consent, and limitations on unfair terms in standard contracts.
